Deep, opulent, and elegant, the flavour of Tierra Hermosa 72% cocoa chocolate is given a twist by the addition of caramelised macambo (a rare almond-like relative of cocoa) with Santa Elena fleur de sel sea salt. Small batch craft chocolate production enhances the Nacional cacao’s floral, fruity, nutty, and caramel nuances. The cocoa for this bar comes La Providencia Estate, an icon of Ecuador founded in 1891 in Chone, Manabí.
