This bar’s mellow but complex chocolate brownie flavour is partly due to the high amount of Grenada cocoa butter which is added – and Grenada beans are already high in this precious butter. The GCC is unique among small chocolate producers to have designed and built its own cocoa butter presses. The toasted nibs, fresh from the roasting oven, add a delightful nutty crunch.
