Tasting notes
This (Golden Milk Sea Salt) is the recipe that I invented while on #ConstantineBeach in August 1998 – how can I be so specific about the date? A family holiday, and clan gathering, I was trailing my 18-month old son who was running along the surf line, at the same time as eating a Cornish clotted cream ice cream, and licking my lips. I happened to be pregnant with my second child, although I did not know it at the time. My taste buds were alive with sea salt crystals that had formed on my lips, mixing with the ice cream. This was the moment when sea salt milk chocolate was conceived. It proved to be a best seller at Rococo. Still as good as ever with the addition of 100% cocoa Grenada Chocolate that was in the original recipe.
Glassine sachet made of 100% compostable material.
