These trompe l’oeil almond praline potatoes are part of the Chocolate Detective’s Curated Collection – her very favourite products from a lifetime of making and tasting chocolate. We’ve added some drinking chocolate soil so you can tease your gardening friends, and then make them a cup of drinking chocolate.
POTATOES: Sugar, ALMOND praline 19% (ALMONDS, sugar), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, ALMONDS, enrobing agents (gum arabic, shellac), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, glucose syrup, salt, natural vanilla flavouring, colour: E150c. DRINKING CHOCOLATE POWDER: Vanuatu, Malekula Island cocoa beans, unrefined sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa solids 72% minimum.
