Hi! I received a separate bill from DHL for shipping my order to the US. Is it customary to bill shipping separately? I assumed I paid for it with my order. Can you confirm so I don’t pay shipping twice?

I can confirm that you’ve already paid the shipping costs with your order, so you won’t be charged for shipping twice. What DHL may have billed separately are import duties or tariffs, which are sometimes charged on delivery. For the US, these are typically around 10% of the order value, depending on how the shipment is assessed.
